Shoulder, Arm and Hand Stretches

Pectoral Muscles pull our shoulders forward, distort posture and cause pain between the shoulder blades.

Rhomboid Muscles hold our shoulder blades together and are often sore from long hours at a computer.

Supraspinatus Muscle is the commonest source of shoulder tendonitis and impingement.

Forearm Muscles can cause tennis and golfer's elbow as well as contribute to carpal tunnel syndrome.
