Course Description
Learn the anatomy, assessment and treatment of the abductor hallucis muscle. Along the way you will learn key assessment and intervention techniques for the tibial nerve at the medial ankle. The abductor hallucis muscle, along with the flexor retinaculum is an important nerve interface that can cause or worsen tarsal tunnel syndrome. The abductor hallucs is often strained and painful in cases of flat feet and/or plantar fascitis.
