Breathing for Health and Relaxation Course

In the Breathing for Relaxation and Health Course we demonstrate several key breathing techniques that you can easily use on your own. Like all instruction at TouchU we describe why you would consider the exercise, how to do the exercise with video clips of how to do the exercise properly, demonstrations of common errors when performing each exercise and how to fix these errors. We also give guidance about how you will know the exercise is working and how to make it more challenging as you make progress. There is also a course text pdf file that describes in written words the exercises and provides pictures and checklists to help you remember how to do the exercise and to track your performance of the exercise(s) over time.

 

This course is taught by Doug Alexander, a Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health through physical exercise.
